If you purchase a product that guarantees a certain amount of Autographs/Parallels and you don’t receive the correct amount can you get a refund?
We do not offer refunds for products that do not meet the manufacturer’s guaranteed or average insertion ratios. We do guarantee that all of our products are unsearched and have not been tampered with in any way. Our products come sealed. If you are unhappy with the contents of a product you purchase you will need to contact the manufacturer directly. We can assist you in this process by providing manufacturer contact information if required.
I haven’t received my order, what should I do?
There can be a number of reasons why an order hasn’t arrived in the approximate timeframes given on our shipping page. If your order has not been received 7 or more days from when it was dispatched then please contact us at support@sportstradingcardsuk where we can advise you on the next steps.
The speed at which we can follow up with the shipping provider to either find the order or refund it will depend on the shipping option chosen.
Please note that items must be reported as missing within 40 days of being dispatched to you as we are unable to take any action on your behalf after this time.
Trading Card Boxes, Blasters, Packs and Supplies orders:
If you receive any products damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible so we can start the process of of investigating this with the relevant shipping provider.

Am I able to cancel or amend an order?
As long as you contact us before your order is shipped we can cancel or amend orders.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel or amend any order before the time of dispatch and receive a full refund.
If you buy older boxes and have issues with the cards or get an expired redemption what can you do?
Most older boxes have the cards in the same condition they left the factory – but certain products are sometimes known to stick together or have other issues. As far as redemption cards go, unfortunately that comes along with buying certain older products. While in most instances there isn’t anything that the manufacturer can do we can provide you with customer service contact information if required.

Are there any other charges when placing an order?
All our stock is in the UK. When ordering to a UK address there will be no more payments after you have gone through the checkout. If ordering to an address in Europe please make sure you are aware of any additional charges you may incur before placing an order.
Damaged Packages:
Please inspect all packages for damages immediately upon receipt. Contact us promptly if you feel your order has been damaged in transport. Returns and exchanges for damaged items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Do not open any damaged packages (this includes sealed cases and boxes of trading cards) because it will jeopardize your ability to exchange the item or receive a refund.
Cards that are factory damaged:
We can’t guarantee that there will be no factory damaged cards inside sealed boxes and packs. If you are unhappy with the quality of cards received please contact the relevant card manufacturer. Excludes items that are damaged in shipping - see damaged packages.
Refund & Return Policy
At Sports Trading Cards UK, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please review the following guidelines for returns and refunds:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- To qualify for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when it was received.
- The product must also be returned in its original packaging, including any seals, labels, or shrink-wrap that must remain intact and undamaged.
- Damaged or opened items, or items that show signs of use or wear, are not eligible for return.
2. Return Window:
- All return requests must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product.
- If 14 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
3. Return Process:
- Before returning any item, you must first contact our Customer Service team at support@sportstraingcardsuk.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
- Include the RA number on the return package to ensure your return is processed promptly.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.
- Please ensure that the product is packed securely to avoid any damage during return transit, as we will not be responsible for items damaged due to inadequate packaging.
4. Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs incurred for the initial purchase are non-refundable unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and any lost return shipments will not be refunded.
5. Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Digital goods or gift vouchers
- Items on sale or purchased during a clearance event
7. Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving the item.
8. International Orders:
- For customers outside of the United Kingdom, return shipping costs and any associated customs duties or fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any delays or issues related to customs processing for international returns.
